8 week out at the moment a bit behind
i did cardio +abs in the am 45 min 5:30
now i ate at about 3:30ish pm
i have a physio appoitment at 6- 6:30
then to the gym for cardio only.. should i eat then do cardio ... or do cardio and eat after?
