KB, I feel I needed to start this thread in order for the foggier thinking peeps to draw from your vast knowledge, experience, and command of the English language. I always find your posts insightful, logical, and on point (in a non :rainbow: sort of way).

If you have a thought, no matter what it is that could possibly help others, or if you feel like simply giving us an angle on your last social encounter...tell it here dude.

The stage is yours. Make those of us who understand you, proud.

I wonder if his last social encounter was like yours?

Damn homey, put a nigga on stage and shit.

First off, appreciate the props.

Second, when KB drops knowledge, it's like when Barry Sanders is cutting and duking his way down the field. Little nugga doesn't know what he's going to do next or how he's going to do it. It's Zen in motion. He completely loses his sense of self. Everything is everything. He just....is. And that's when the magic happens.

Same with me.

Here are 2 little tips / words of wisdom (non-KB words) for everyone. (little known fact, I am a complete douchebag quote whore). K to anyone who knows where these are from without googling.

"Power's crucial foundation is the ability to master your emotions. An emotional response to a situation is the single greatest barrier to power, a mistake that will cost you a lot more than any temporary satisfaction you might gain by expressing your feelings. Emotions cloud reason, and if you cannot see the situation clearly, you cannot respond to it with any degree of control."

"In life, people tend to wait for good things to come to them. ANd by waiting, they miss out. Usually, what you wish for doesn't fall in your lap; it falls somewhere nearby, and you have to recognize it, stand up, and put in the time and work it takes to get to it. This isn't b/c the universe is cruel. It's b/c the universe has it's own cat-string theory and knows we don't appreciate things that fall into our laps."
