anywyas, all bullshit aside I definately agree with some of the points made in the thread. However the REAL holy grail in successful bodybuilding is the FOOD. pure and simple. I have personally seen, many many times, guys who train very light and focused(barely breaking a sweat). yet they somehow manage to look fantastic and have consistant progress. this is purely because of proper food intake and absorption. the training is mearly meant to stimulate growth. not destroy our bodies to a point they cannot recover AND repair AND hypertrophy from one workout to the next.
Consistancy, Dedication, Nutrition, Proper stimulation. are the keys. Drugs are mearly a chemical catalyst to help the right nutrients goto the right areas
