Started out pretty small but has grown and can't put it off much longer. Tired of trying around it. What I learned after that is to never use a bodybuilding belt again. If I had been using a power lifting belt it would have covered my belly button and held it in . I was wearing my belt too low. The only time I use a belt it for the heavy shit. That's it.
