Cool workout! I remember the 5x5 and I love whole body workouts like these. Cant wait for tmr. I feel like I get more rather than train 1 bodypart 1x a week. Id rather train my whole body not just a muscle. But then again bodybuilding is all about building muscle, im trying to build strength, power, and quickness.

I was supposed to stop at 315x2 bench, but said fuck it threw a 10 on each side and did 2! Was only trying to get 1. Stoked about that. 335x4 would be my goal for this cycle. The deadlifts were weak because I didnt use chalk, it sucks how the bar slips out of my hands and my hands are sweating its just bullshit. 455x2 with chalk, 315x2 with no chalk. Thats 140lbs difference fuck, bb rows were easy i usually go up to 225 but wanted today to be easy. No db military because my last workout was shoulders.
 
One thing: no offense but if you can normally pull 455x2 with chalk and only 315x2 without chalk you need to work on your grip. I sweat a sht load and can still pull 335x5 without chalk, and I'm not nearly as strong as you:) I would do some grip holds and other grip work.

1 set of calves and 1 set of abs. Long workout because i was talking a lot. i cant really help it sometimes since I work there and people are always asking for advice, so i talk to them to help out since Im a nice guy anyway but to also maybe get them to want to buy a package so I can make some GRIP :)

Almost got a GHR by myself with 0 assistance, I barely pushed myself up. Im wondering how slow I should go on my negatives? I go pretty slow because my 3rd and 4th sets im pretty much dropping fast even if I want to hold myself up lol. Best hamstring exercise ive ever done.

BB Lunges were a bitch! holy shit but I love them. I was gonna do 8 reps but I want strength so fuck that. They were gettin hard anyway lol I almost fell down 1 time..

Thanks bro! Actually anadrol helped a lot and then the strength went down a little, now its back up to where it was when i was on the anadrol. I def love anadrol over dbol. NO headaches, I can eat, and bigger gains.

I was doing reverse pec dec before for a while but i said fuck that Ill do them after. I havent done strict bb military for a while since I switched to push press and db military but BTN is awesome, the back part of my shoulders are really sticking out. Lol my bench is gettin there...I want to do more weight

My BP was good this morning! 4 readings at CVS pharmacy and the average was 123/70 or somethin like that. Im gonna go before i go to bed and do 4 more readings. I remember telling you about ephedrine, fuck that. Thats what caused the high BP in the first place. not worth it. I wanna try lipoflame from needto's store you should look into that. i pre-exhaust with DB side lateral raises before i do the BTN om every set to really hit the middle delt but shit i'm pushing 135 x 6 and thought that was ok! nice work bro!

and your bench is making me wanna throw up lol

I know I really need to. Ill probably put them in with my 2nd upper body day. farmers walks, and i also want to buy those heavy grippers. Not sure which ones i should buy, 100-350lbs

Well I got the 150 lb one and I can do it for 27 reps right hand now, and a buddy of mine who never lifted could do it for 15 reps first try. I'd go with maybe and 150 and 250, or 200 and 250? I don't know exactly, it depends on how strong your crushing grip is.

hay guys, havent been on here for a while. just moved to an apt and finally got situated but no internet yet. week 10 starts today, also took 2 caps beastdrol and 1 cap dieselbolan. Weights at 205 (+16) and little leaner as well. Strength is good. Ill update on monday when i work out next. take care homies ill be on soon! happy lifting
