Just fucked around with anold buddy of mine, still got the tri's sore as hell. Got up 315x4 on bench, which was what i got on anadrol, then dropped to 295x5, now back up to 315x4. Wanting to get to 6-8 this cycle

Great workout, my shoulders were actually sore for once! I think its because i did heavy push press (could have gone heavier) and I did heavier db front raises. used a little swing instead of perfect form but it allowed for heavier weight. I am gonna start switching to push/pull routine

I was going to do a full back workout but I am meeting with my coach tmr to workout with him and some newer guys coming to the team. The coach is also has one of his players that is now in the NFL in town to work out with us! Here he is

haha yea yea yea.... he wasnt that ripped but he was pretty fuckin big haha. Built like a fb/lb. The day I put up 405 is the day ill knock someone out at the gym right after haha
