The Feds

he is absolutly right, current legal encryption is 128 bit, which carnivore can see through like glass

Carnivore/DCS1000 is an electronic "wiretapping" tool, currently in use by the FBI.
Details of how the system works are short on specifics. What is known is that Carnivore/DCS1000 would be installed at the suspect's Internet service provider to scan all incoming and outgoing emails--including sender and recipient addresses as well as subject lines--for messages related to a criminal probe. And while the system, a sophisticated combination of hardware and proprietary software, can perform fine-tuned searches, it is also capable of broad sweeps, potentially enabling the agency to keep tabs on all of the network's communications.

Gimme a break, IDEA is 1024 bit.And even if they manage to break that simply increase the key length.Carnivore is nothing more than a plain-text sniffer, even 128 bit is a brick wall to it.

sounds like your were asking for some reason like that, otherwise you would not be on a "Anabolic fitness board" asking computer questions???!?!!??![[

You have really lost your mind

You might want to do a little research because your completely wrong. Rebeljuice is right. If you want to get into a technical discussion fine by me, just start making rational arguments based on fact rather than claiming people have "lost thier mind".

Regarding RustyTromboneMan's comment, while I'd definately use encrypted email for security, to blindly rely on it as a failproof security measure would be very poor judgement.

You are very ignorant if you think your free encrypted mail given to you by elitefitness could hold up against the FBI and its technological resources. Although in my opinion they could probably careless about what any of us are talking about, if they wanted to they could read word for word what is being typed through that mail system. The only reason why it is good is because it makes it harder and more time consuming for them to read the emails. Im sure know one cares enough about some sust and some winny to do so

Your a real dumbass if you think our gov't cant get your fuckin hushmail. Are you THAT stupid? Have you seen the shit our Gov't has? If we put a man on the moona bout 30 years ago, your hushmail isnt safe.

I bet the feds are laughing at your ass right while theyre tapping into your email.

Duhhh! How did they intercept the email about Daniel Pearl????

I seriously doubt the fucking feds are tapping anyones email activity on this board via "Carnivore." Realistically there isn't much the feds need to do in order to "tap" into someones account, there are, however, an incomprehensible number of "exhaustive" legal efforts accomplished before any judge federal or otherwise whom will sign a wiretap order. BTW, the feds (FBI, DEA, etc.) do not have authority to "wiretap" anything outside the United States unless exigency exists and/or a clear threat to the safety, security of the United Stayes, ie. terrorist organizations.

There's this a guy who was ambushed and shot several times, outside his home which is located just outside Baltimore. He is a bodybuilder who was arrested a couple of years ago. The "blind" press reported the arrest was for steroids - they were wrong the guy was popped for dealing ecstacy and they later corrected their statement. In any case, He had several thousand "x" pills in the house and they happened across his steroid stash. The feds/locals were after the ecstacy not the steroids, just a little bonus I guess. Story lesson - You have to be a bigtime major player for them to watch your emails or be into "recreational" drugs. Like someone previously said, AAS aren't that big a deal right now in the "war" on drugs.

I will say this , however, just because you're ordering a small amount doesn't mean the postal inspectors, FDA or the local cops wouln't be interested though. A few days ago a fellow brother posted his controlled delivery story, I think everyone should read that thread.
