I went back and read that long post you made reference to.

And the context is made to sound as if American's are to blame. I'm offended, but then again your Canadian right, so I don't suppose you give a shit if that offends me.

At any rate I will TRY and condence my rebuttle. There are no good guys or bad guys, just guys doing what they think is right.

At any rate we will still win because of our resources, and I'm not necessarily speaking in terms of monetary might. This believe it or not is a natural and normal process.

I'm sure Hitler was just looking out for his countrymen's interest as well.

Eons of history has taught us might is right.
In my country's defense at the very least we are bringing up those that share our vision. That includes Canada by the way.

Might makes right is probably the stupists ideology to cling to. The Soviet Union was clinging to it when it tried to forcefully occupy every nation in the world. Now AMerica is doing it through its indirect promotion of a capitalistic economy

I dont mean to offend you, and yes the Canadian economy is highly dependant on the American economy. But you gotta to see that at some point, the decisions that the AMerican government make arnt in the best interests of "freedom and democracy".. .. Many of the foreign policy decisions the american government make are highly undemocratic. They protect the best interests of their civilians at the expense of foreign peoples freedoms, and sometimes lives

If you can decieve yourself that your country is still a bastion of "freedom and light" , then go for it. I think alot of people beleive your wrong.

Not to say I want to see you dead. I hope you all survive this, but the American way, has often proved to be hypocritical and oppressive.

Buddy28, I think you need to smell the coffee. If it were not for America, most of the known world would be under some kind of dictatorship, with people afraid to speak their mind, living for the most part in less than ideal conditions.

You know what, I don't give a flying fuck about a stray bomb here or there or the fucking "masses" that would join the terrorists.

They sure as hell didn't give a flying fuck about our innocent people. Why did they not attack a military target. At least the Japenese had the balls to attack the military.

All these faggot pussies did was murder 6,000 plus "INNOCENT" people. Get it? Probably not.

As for us being guilty of killing some people. Woa, I am surprised, not! Whatever we need to do to ensure our survival we should do. If you get in the way you get run over. And, if someone bigger and badder comes along and kicks our ass, then it is their turn to rule the world. It is the way.

They did not hit a military target because it would have gone unnoticed. They hit where it hurts, and it is a sign of desperation. In order to conceive and follow through with such an act, something is really fucked up somewhere. It could be that it's simply an act of a madman, or it could be signs of a larger problem, as Buddy has pointed out.

Sometimes helping out or easing up is a sign of might as well. I don't believe for a second the US would be any less 'mightier' by acknowleding other peoples' and cultures' desires to remain undisturbed.

Even though the WTC attack may have been provoked, it can't be tolerated, but the larger picture should be taken into consideration to prevent such attacks in the future.

At this point, living in NYC, I yearn for a feeling of complete safety, and I don't necessarily believe fighting force with force is going to ensure that.

When Bush speaks of great casualties on both sides, he can count me out. I am not risking shit for a conflict that may not have happened had the US governement not been so adamant about controlling the world while it's citizens were busy watching MTV.

We did not start this, but we sure as hell will end it. At least that is what we should do.
