I'm so glad to see some of you are finally waking up to this stuff,
those of us who have been around Bush for ages have been trying to get people to see
he's not the "benign compassionate conservative" he was painted in the presidential campaign.

I remember some of the flames I got when I criticised the first Patriot Act after 9/11....I'm tellin' ya..the Bush Admin honestly scares me. the public just ain't cathing on...instead we are fed a steady diet of Al-quaida(sp), Iraq, and bullshit terror alerts.....while the bush admin quietly strips away civil protections....and WHY ARE they doing it....??? What the fuck is the real agenda??? Don't forget all the hard-core conservative's Bush is pushing to the Federal Courts..(Supreme Ct)....The Dems are all fucked up too but I'll like things better when one party didn't have a fucking monoply on all branches of Gov't..........

FUCK. i know its a cliche older than Nature Boys vanilla Ice posters, but when the government becomes really paranoid about treason to the point where they will accuse whoever they want of treason, then we are fucked. Napoleon did that (with the british), hitler did that (with the jews & communists), the commies did that (with the imperialists). I'm sure it won't be as bad here, but fuck. Accusations of 'treason' & 'assisting terrorists' will be used to crack down on anything the government doesn't like. If they can't find a connection, they'll make one up.
