The best cure for bacne...

It's the only place that I break out, but it can be bad one week and not bad the next. Anyone have successful preventative measures against it, or things that make it go away/less noticable while ON? Summer is coming, and I like to have my shirt off and be admired, not whispered about if you know what I mean.

i've been using benzoyl peroxide soap. Seems to help lessen it a bit.

Only real thing that helps me is multiple showers a day. It sux, but works. Also, change your pillowcase often and make sure to wear a fresh clean shirt to bed every night

After showering with anti bacterial soap. soak a facecloth with alcohol and drench your back. Then put on baby powder. Before you go to sleep clop on clearasil-- I mean rally thick, like lumps of clay. Dries them right up. 2 days, no zits.

go outside in the sun, depending on how far north or south you are determines how long u would stay outside, farther north more hours farther south 2 hours 1 hour or less. Sunshine is the best against acne

Actually, I've never had bacne. I just know that works on zits. And yeah, sunlight is good too.

Dude when I get it, it works the same way with me. One week volcanoes, next week pretty clean. However, this works like a charm: a sun burn cleans them all and usually don't come back, and every day in the shower I use a product called PanOxyl. Is a cream, scrub your skin with it and really diminishes them. You can find it at Walgreens. However the sun burn is good enough. Here in south FL 20 minutes is enough to get red like a crawfish.

I just use a little face wash on my back and go tanning once a week. A friend told me about this I use to have crazy bacne' because of test level's but my back is clean as a slate now.

Does anyone with a darker complexion get hyperpigmentation(SP?) marks on their backs when the zits go away? When the zits clear for me, they leave a dark spot on my back. If so, what do you guys do to get the darkened spots cleared?

Last time I did Tren, my bacne was so bad I didn't wanna take my shirt off in public and was self conscious in the bedroom. Kinda defeats the purpose. lol

even with that remember the sun does it well and one other thing if u get it and u go to the beach just jump in the ocean it does wonders for your skin and if u got sinus get smacked in the face by a big wave and that will cure that too. i gotta say even tho acne is awful i've had it since 8th grade an i'm 20 now its not nearly as bad as it was but i must say girls don't look at it as that bad of a thing unless u got 50 bajillion of them and it looks like u don't take care of your self. As long as you got clean skin and use a good oil and soap free cleanser and put 10% benzoyl peroxide or Clyndamycin on it it works well. also u could opt to take Erythromycin ( i wouldn't use this on cycle if your going to have an oral cuz Erythromycin and Azrithromycin can be harsh on the liver) or Tetracycline both are good for getting rid of acne and helping keep it away

Not so much that I am embarrassed by acne. Not embarrassed by much of anything really, even my small penis. It is more the fact that people look at you and go "he is on steroids." Then you have to deal with questions, accusations and unwanted attention. Big muscles + bad acne = really annoying people attractor. I'd rather have people speculate in their heads. At least once they know, I can blame the steroids for my tiny penis and people will seem to understand. Dumbasses.

i added this in As long as you got clean skin and use a good oil and soap free cleanser and put 10% benzoyl peroxide or Clindamycin on it it works well. also u could opt to take Erythromycin ( i wouldn't use this on cycle if your going to have an oral cuz Erythromycin and Azrithromycin can be harsh on the liver) or Tetracycline both are good for getting rid of acne and helping keep it away. those medicines help keep it away i can personally vouch for them as i've used them, cept for tetracycline i used it for like 2 days and found out i was highly allergic to it.

B-5 (Pantothenic Acid), @ 5,000 - 10,000 mg. daily. Takes about a month to kick in fully, but it sure works, even with Tren. & Deca. wich usually kill me with acne.

I agree, but what's having a nice proportioned body when it has big red umps all over it. Going to the Doc. for HRT, or whatever, + Anti-E's, AI's, Blood Work, etc... is expensive in itself. Might as well go all out n' make sure your skin looks nice. I find tanning also helps, but, I take B-5 also to make sure all is well.

If it is bad enough to a certain point nothing will work except script meds. If none of the otc shit is getting rid of it get some accutane and this stuff called evoclin which is clindamycin in a foam that burns the shit and cleans the spots, and the accutane will dry you out and stop the acne from forming. Once the accutane kicks in though you will need to drop the evoclin and get a nice moisturizer.

In my opinion, accutane is worse than any AAS you can put in your body. Noxious chemical, its something I refuse to take.

Through my own personal experience with bacne i'd say this is some good advice. My doc prescribed me Clindoxyl Gel (Clyndamycin/benzoil peroxide) with Phisohex skin cleanser.This seemed to provide me some decent results.
