Fridays arm workout, not so hot, wasnt too motivated:

Seated 1 arm preacher curls:

I think I lost motivation around this time and did 3 sets of 135 for CGB for about 12 reps with slow fluid reps..
Will rest monday and tuesday will be heavy back and biceps day!
