Today I am going for a hypertrophy routine in the major lift: squats, bench and DL.. Maybe a few iso lifts as well... That is because I have had 4 rest days and 1 lifting day in the last 5 days.. Gotta murder my legs, chest and body..

This log is looking great. How's the strength and size coking along. Bloat?
No bloat.. You missed out on my last log bro.. All 70 pages of it on AM...
I am a slow gainer regardless, so my moderate (10-12lb gains thusfar are good enough for me) but strength has BOOMED up!! No joke.. Squat has increased 100lbs so far and I dont expect that to stop..
Also forgot to metion the combo of Acnetame and PanOxyl bar soap has saved my skin
..I swear the acnes and oil would of consumed me...
