Back from the short weekend away! Pic of dinner that I cooked for my and @Titties wife.

Marinated Bassa fillet with coriander and spring onions on a fried rice mix with a side of oven roasted broccoli

Camp oven while away didn’t go to plan with fire,wind other distractions. Pic of the sun with all the fires around. Had a good 2k walk each day to the dam, got 6 blue claw that could have been a lunch but thought they could grow abit more till next trip.
