Testosterone chart

Lots of things can cause low T -- stress, trauma, insomnia...or, it's just genetics. No two people are alike.

Use the supps. Increase fat intake. Sleep more. Have it checked in another 6 months. If it's still around 300, you may want to go on HRT, but it will be self administered.

How's your sleep bro? If you've got fucked up sleeping hours or you're just not getting enough sleep, that's your problem right there. Deep stage 4 sleep is when we make our GH and test.

I have a suggestion that is a personal one and will probably make some guys here roll their eyes. But I recently got into fasting. Contrary to what you would expect, I felt like my hormones were on overdrive during the fast. Apparently when you fast, your body recognizes the caloric deficit and releases GH like a mother. GH is the master regulator hormone, makes you sleep better and all that......hence the better sleep= more natural test. There's alot more benefits to fasting than just getting your test back up. Google fasting and do your own research. Straight water fasts are pretty rough, I would recommend breaking in with a juice fast if you're going to try it. In any case, it's not a bad thing to do regardless even if it doesn't bring your test back up.

supplements are ok, but the increase is only temporary. What i'd like to find out is why naturally i am making the same amount of test as an 80 year old? Does this make sense: If i have high levels of estrogen and my hpta is trying to make more test to balance it out, but the test keeps getting turned into estrogen (aromatised)? And is it the shbg that controls the aromatising level?

YOu now geting too technical man, have another test done that covers all the basis including estrogen, LH etc and look at all the numbers as a group. Is 300 low for you? Hell yea but instead of guessing just get tested throughly. It could be anything at this point that will cause your condition!
That's why I asked you how is your growth as well...did you grow normally or are smaller and shorter than others your age?

I finally convinced the doc to run some more tests so I just got some blood work for free test, am pm cortisol, tsh, thyroid, fsh, lh, acty, sgot, prolactin. So I'll see if those tests show anything. Btw I'm 6 feet, 165lbs (I was 192 about a year ago). My growth is normal i guess. Only thing is I dont know if this makes sense but i feel like my bones are weaker, like if i punch somehting my fingers are more sensitive and weaker, but im not sure if test has anything to do with bone strength.

Now you talking man, those tests will most likely shed some light on your condition.
Question: Did you try to lose the weight from 192 to 165?
As for the bones being weaker, not sure but testosterone does help with protein synthesis and if it's decreased then you will feel weaker.
Not sure if you mentioned it but did you ever do any AAS either orals, PH's or injectible?

No I didnt try to lose the weight, The weight just gradually came off with me trying to not lose it, very weird. And yes I did take steroids when i was 15-16 years old, thats what i think caused this.

........HRT bro what would make you tink u have another option? 16yo and screwing with your hormones? yes this is where you went wrong my friend :worried:

Wait for the new test results and go from there.

It could be very possible that you have an overload of aromatase floating around and this is resulting in test getting converted to estrogen at a higher rate. Consequently your body lowers the test output to achieve balance.

If the results come back and the doctor still fails to do anything about it then you can take matters into your own hand. You can try a four week "cycle" of aromasin at 10-20 mgs/day, this will boost your test levels without going on HRT, and it is supposed to have no estrogen rebound effect upon coming off.

20mg ED would be way too much,
20mg a week is more like it
