food prepping is good. those are some good carbs and proteins. And smart. You also throw in the broccoli that's important for nutrition. @Blackout-

Focused on my upper back and rear delts on this one because thats where I feel im lacking in size in proportion to the rest of my frame

Reverse Lunges (body weight)

Been sick as a dog this week so only trained 3 days but still went hard in the paint to get the work in.



I feel like my abs are starting to show a little bit more this week but im still unsure of my BF %, I want to go and get it tested to see where im at. At the moment im really trying to work on my weak/small spots on my body in particular my traps/upper back area, rear and side delts, upper chest and my neck.



That will be my focus for next few weeks ill be switching up my training routine to hammer in to the spots that are out of proportion.

Meal prep will be cooked tomorrow and posted up as well as a couple pictures of my body progress.
