Teston Qv 200...??

i placed an order for winstrol and instead i got a little bottle of this teston qv 200. the box was sealed and all the writing on the box and bottle is in spanish. i was told to take 1cc every 3 days. can someone please fill me in on what the teston qv 200 is.

also i asked for a cycle of dbol and i got 100 tabs, 10 in each package. the pills are solid white circles and on the package it reads...

Teston 200 is Cyp. You also got 100/ 5mg d-bols.
