Just a quick update:
Today:
172lbs and 12% fat. Running Outdoors/Marathons in the city. I no longer specialize in lifting as I discovered that being outdoors and focusing on activities like crossfit made the difference in "workout" happiness. I've grown tremendously by experimenting on what fulfills my workout needs.
The best supplement is the "one" the activity you love to do... and in the end results will follow. Eating well to protect your body and have a strong immune system will make the difference.
Its been great with the support of this community. As a member since 2006, I must say thanks to the people who have provided great insight and experience.
