Im 23, weight 250, height 5'11", body fat, approx 24%. I started weight training seriously when i was 19, but have been training off and on since high school. I've always been endomorphic and kind of fat, but strong as well. I started using aas at 21, which was probably too young, but oh well. My routine changes often but currently, im on week three of a diet/cutting cycle taking the following:
Creatine mono(works wonders for me, is like a legal AAS!)
fish oils(have no clue how they work for me, but im banking that they will long term...)
multi-vitamin
BCAAs(have just started using them, cant comment on effectiveness...)
whey protein(i gain muscle like a beast when i down these for a while)
Lipoflame(as soon as it comes in!)
clen for two week/lipo for two weeks(clen is so/so for me...but im fairly stimulant tolerant...)
When i get my body fat down below 15% im gonna run Test, Tren and winny. Test is scary for me because i dont like its sides. im keeping my dose at 250/week. The tren at 200/week, and the winny at 50/day for last six weeks. Winny seems to give me mild roid rage symptoms, even more so than aas with a greater androgenic potential. it also gives me acne(all roids do...)
i workout with weights on Friday saturday and sunday, sometimes thursday. I work out of town monday-friday, and rarely get to stay in a hotel with weights. My job is my cardio during the week, but on the weekends i do am cardio before breakfast. My calories average between 1500-2000/day, and are like 45 fat, 45 protein, and 10 carb. on average.
I do high intensity workouts with little rest between sets at the moment. On Fridays, its legs and calves, Saturdays is chest/arms, sunday is back and sometimes shoulders. I sometimes do shoulders on leg day and/or chest day as well. When i can work out on thursdays, i do them then.
my goal for the next year is to be around 225/230 at less than 15% body fat, and hope to bench 450 by next year and squat over 500, and deadlift over 500(bird legs i know!). I sort of mix styles between pl and bb.
