.5mg Arimadex Monday and Thursday

NO SUPPLEMENTS. I don't have money to waste on all that crap. Milk thistle this..fish oil pills that...20 different amino acid powders..hell, I don't even drink protien shakes. My food gives me what I need.

Training (Maintaining) consists of Mon-Fri for only about 50mins a day, one body part a day but I do what I explained below before those body parts every day.

Start off with 10~15mins cardio followed by 3 sets of 20 ab crunches in that ab chair that you hold the handles above your head and put the pin in the different weight plates. I found that machine gives you the big, "Block" abs. You can't get those big square abs off a simple crunch bench, IMO. Then I do 2 sets of 10 lower back extensions on that angled thing that holds you. Then 2 sets of 10 hanging leg raises.

My workout below is as follows: I only do 3 different excercises for each body part which consist of only 3 sets of 10 per excercise.

Mon- chest
Tue-Tri's
Wed-Back
Thr-Shoulders
Fri-Bi's

I don't do legs, partially because I have huge, super cut, veiny genetically gifted calves from my grandfather. This offsets my upper legs and never draws attention to them, cause everyone is always saying, dude, look at those calves..saves me from doing legs.

I have been eating super clean and follow all the strict diets posted here. No cheat meals ever for me.. well, maybe a slice of pizza in the last 3 years. Once I got into the groove of eating clean, is easy for me to stay there. I don't crave nothing. I can eat the same thing for the next 100 years.

Like I said, I am 39, I have a 10yr old boy already, so I put myself of hrt. I don't want to live in the gym. I did that for the first 2 years of working out here, doing double sessions and all, hellacious cardio, all that crap. I'm where I want to be, in tune with my body, sexually functional and look better that 97.7% of the younger guys at the beach here in FL.

Right now I am running Derma, Cyclo Tren and AMP 02. I am getting amazing pumps and fantastic workouts.

Never been on cycle. I am not ready for gear (YET) but I am getting there.

This might not fit with every other program here, but a real need I have is prostate support. I had an enlarged prostate that got worse while on AAS.
Instead of seeing a doctor for more drugs, I bought a product called Prosta Strong by Irwin Naturals from Whole Foods that shrunk my prostate within 30 days. More than 95% of all men older than 50 will develop prostate issues.

Thanks Needto!! I know theres someone out there with the thought of being on forever...or someone who's older like me and been on and doesn't want to come off, thinkin they can hold on to 18, which I actually have been doing quite well. Oh yeah, I'm moving to Vegas Friday. Maybe some Vegas bro's around here?

man just test and eating right last summer ihave never put that much muscle on my back... it was grfeat ...

The tren at 200/week, and the winny at 50/day for last six weeks. Winny seems to give me mild roid rage symptoms, even more so than aas with a greater androgenic potential. it also gives me acne(all roids do...)

i workout with weights on Friday saturday and sunday, sometimes thursday. I work out of town monday-friday, and rarely get to stay in a hotel with weights. My job is my cardio during the week, but on the weekends i do am cardio before breakfast. My calories average between 1500-2000/day, and are like 45 fat, 45 protein, and 10 carb. on average.

I do high intensity workouts with little rest between sets at the moment. On Fridays, its legs and calves, Saturdays is chest/arms, sunday is back and sometimes shoulders. I sometimes do shoulders on leg day and/or chest day as well. When i can work out on thursdays, i do them then.

my goal for the next year is to be around 225/230 at less than 15% body fat, and hope to bench 450 by next year and squat over 500, and deadlift over 500(bird legs i know!). I sort of mix styles between pl and bb.
