So if tweeds are made legal all of a sudden employers will stop testing for it? Newp. Booze in your system is a liability and you lose your job if it's there. Weed will be no different.

unfortunately, testing for alcohol and weed are totally different.

you know that getting stoned once right now can still lead to a positive test result weeks later.

companies may not "care", but if the legal status of marijuana changed, you know that will open the door for more legal challenges (and rightfully so). the standards would (and should) probably different from one line of work to another, however.
