If your carbs are real low for too many days in a row you will go flat. I would do 2-3 low carb days at the most. On back and leg days I would go high carb before workouts and post workouts. A high quality bcaa drink would help too. Keep the water intake high!
Thanks my workouts have suffered a lil due to low carb, shedding water and so... I feel kinda flat and hard to get pumped during weight sessions but my goal was to shred so I'm satisfied but is there a way around this?
