I DID 1.5CC EVERY 4 DAYS. IT WAS 13 WEEKS AND MY BENCH ONLY WENT FROM 275# TO 335#. I AM 5'7" AND WEIGHED 170 WHEN I STARTED AND 193# WHEN I FINISHED. I GAINED 4 " ON MY GUT. I'VE BEEN OFF FOR 3 WEEKS NOW AND I AM ALREADY DOWN TO 179# AND STILL HAVE MORE WATER THAN I STARTED WITH. BY THE TIME I LOSE THE REST OF THIS WATER I WILL BE RIGHT BACK AT 170#. MY BENCH IS DOWN TO BARELY GETTING 315# NOW. I'VE TALKED TO A FEW OTHER GUYS AT MY GYM AND THEY ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS. NOT TO MENTION THE TEST FLU AND SORE BUTT CHEEKS. I'M NOT WHINING EITHER. THIS SHIT IS ROUGH ON THE OL BUTT!!!! I HAVEN'T WORKED LEGS IN 2 MONTHS. SO TO ALL YOU FOLKS ASKING IF DENKALL T400 IS A GOOD BUY. THE ANSWER IS HELL NO!!!!
