I CAN DO 8-10 PULL UPS WITH A 45# PLATE STRAPPED TO ME. MY WORKOUT PARTNER HAS BEEN LIFTING FOR 9 YEARS AND WHAT I DON'T KNOW, HE DOES. SO I DON'T THINK ITS MY DIET OR TRAINING. I'M STRONGER POUND FOR POUND THAN THE AVERAGE GORRILLA.
