But really though. There comes a point where you need to be honest with a douchbag like this. Don't tell him, "keep up the good work" if he's hurting himself.

I've tried to tactfully mention a few things to him from time to time, but 2 things get in the way....
1) He "knows everything" and doesn't really listen
2) I don't want to be more forceful with what I say and call attention to myself. I am paranoid about some of the things I do and getting foudn out.
