hello all, ive decided to change my routine from this:
day 1: chest/tris
day 2: back/bis
day 3: legs/delts

to this:

day1: chest/bis
day 2: back/ tris
day 3 same as before

how's that sound to all of you? sound okay? btw, i rest between each day, so dont think that i train 3 days in a row or sumthin.
btw i had been doing the old one for quite a long time.
 
Looks good to me.......I don't know how people train chest and bis on the same day. That split wouldn't work for me, but if you are getting results, stick with what works.
 
I just posted in another thread how chest/tris and back/bis doesn't work for me. I've been doing chest/bis and back/tris for a while now with great results. I think its a personal preference, try it out, see how you like it.
