supps from mijers,wal-mart and groccery stores..?

Ok I go to college and basically my budget is fairly tight. so ive been buying my aminos,glutamine,C&E,zinc at these stores. do u think that im wasting my $$$ on these generic vitamins or do u think they are actually helping out??? please let me know cause I would hate to be taking something that isnt doing jack for me...

They generic supplements, especially from walmart and other major grocery store chains are legit. Most of us are under the impression that major supp companies manufacter their own stuff- guess what, 99% of them don't. EAS, Prolab, Sportpharma all sublet out to major drug manufacturers to make their products. Walmart creatine may in fact have the very same creatine that is in EAS phosphagen. Now if you shop around, you'll probably be able to find major brand for the same if not cheaper. Shop around, but if you're in a bind they'll do just fine.
