I made an order last tuesday, and I've not yet received a tracking #. I've e-mailed them but no reply. I called all of their phone number and no one ever picks up. whats going on?? I want my money back.

I'm sure something is just screwed up somewhere, it appears to be a reputable site.

even the toll free ordering number, which is still not availible.

We know it's the "wrong forum" but making a post that says "wrong forum" to someone who is just looking for help, and not giving them any advice is being a bit of an ass dont you think ?

Maybe they have encounterd unforseen circumstances or something that is preventing them from processing your order. But you say you tried to contact them on numerous occasions and over a week later you still havn't had a reply, reputable site or not that is unacceptable. What method of payment did you use ? is there anyway you can block the payment ? I'm not sure what else to say.
Apart from if your homeless and hungry don't steal food from a shop because you will get arrested, however if your a millionare and you would like to sell goods say over the counter and steal peoples money by charging them outrageous prices, or any outher scams you can get away with, then go ahead because that is perfectly legal.

That's what you get with internet! lol It happens to more people than you think.
Anyways, I say give it a few more days. If nothing, then move on. Can't do much about it, unless it's a large sum of money. But it's not. Good luck.

sure "we" know. but apparently this guy doesn't... now tomorrow i'm going to post "hey there, i like anal sex but my girlfriend doesn't allow me because my dicks's too thick/her hole's too small - what do i do?" right in this forum... so what are you going to do... patiently advise me to use some engine oil?!

by all means try and answer his questions then tell him it's the wrong forum but dont go out of your way to make a post on a thread where someone is looking for advice just to tell them it is the wrong forum.

ya I kinda figure its the wrong forum, didn't know where to put it but I figured this forum has more traffic so maybe i'd get some reply faster. sorry.

the order is like $100. I paid with my VISA. I guess i might beable to call visa for some help.
