Today was back and trap day so lets get right to it:
wide grip pulldowns-120x12,130x12,140x10
pull ups-bodyweight x6 for all 3 sets (slow and controlled) Thats pretty dam good bro!
bent over BBL rows-95x8, 115x8, 135x6
deads-135x10, 185x10, 225x8, 280x8 (all these felt real good next time I am hoping to get this back in the 300s) Bro, try 135x10 WU, 225x5, 280x3, 315/320-2 or 3 sets of 5. I think you got in in you bro.
power shrugs-225x8, 275x8, 315x8 I was watching you tube videos and seen people pulling them from the ground. I do them from just above the knee. Am I getting low enough? No bro you do them from just above the knees like you are. Thats just fine. Pulling them from the ground is not a correct power shrug.
One arm rows-50x8, 60x8, and 75x6
I was feeling pretty good after that so I hit up about 30 min on the spin bike keeping about a 120 bpm heart rate. Wiped the sweat from my brow and heading home. Looking forward to a day off tomorrow. It will give me some time to premake some food for the week and take some needed rest.Try to hold your HR around 130 min bro.
