i dont even make eye contact in the gym,,,ill look at em if they arnt looking (guys and girls alike) and as soon as the look at me i look at the other direction totally

i'm the same way with women at the gym, i'll look...maybe for a long time at their butts and boobs, but then i'll look away if i notice that they're turning towards me. never give them eye contact, say hi, nothing. i'll follow them home at night, just to see where they live, maybe park outside their houses for a few hours or so, but i'll never knock on their door or let them know i'm there.....like when i peak in their windows, theres no way they see me

the thing about the gym is that people go there frequently, and so a soft touch is the best way to go..i mean, its not like theyre going anywhere...

say hi to everyone around you, preferably within hearing distance of the girl youre after, which will do a couple of htings- 1) itll make you look like a viable person in her eyes, since the other people saying hi to you will indirectly validate you, and 2) will take a lot of pressure off the situation next time when you say hello, since she wont be sure if youre being friendly, or hitting on her

make sure you dont get busted perving on her as she trains, and gradually increase the level of convo until you fully break the ice and she'll be within your social circle, and then do your thing.

with people that get hit on 24/7 and have a guard a mile high, being too direct doesnt work unless theres serious attraction...eg barmaids, models...and imo thats where you went wrong
