Swinging like John Henry, dred. Every cylinder firing like a Swiss watch.

All of life’s hurdles aside, my diet is in-fucking-tune and training has NEVER EVER been more fruitful. I am crushing my old numbers damn near every week. I SAVAGED the iron yesterday, and leaning out like nobodies business, and my speed test this week had my wattage up by more than 5% with a DROP in average heart rate. Damn, its fruits of extreme labour that build foundations for absolute inner success. I am tellin ya.


Now I just need a full body, wreck the place, call the cops, start a fire, red eyed, sopping wet, quiver and quake and clutch at yourself fuck fest.
