i was wondering if anyone felt like how i do im 6'1 210 pounds. Im up 15 pounds through 4 2/3 weeks on my cycle. Anyhow i have been consistently getting 300-350 grams of protein a day and 4000-5000 cals. Im trying to get 400 grams of protein but its tough because i feel so stuffed and bloated every time i eat i am basically forcing food into my body. Anways wondering if anyone esle has this problem?

It could be a number of things causing you to feel full all the time... One could be that you've never eaten as much as you are now. The other could be that you are eating the wrong things.... Some foods high in protein are very filling, and some aren't... You should post your diet here and have people criqtique it for good and bad foods to be eating if you don't want to be feeling so full
Just some thoughts...

Ditto. Some foods high in protein are heavy, while others are relatively light.
Stick to tuna, chicken, etc, instead of steaks if it's really aproblem.

i know i eat to many bars and shakes but its the only way i can get the cals and protein. Plus, i talked to this pro bodybuilder he says he goes some days only having shakes and bars and no whole foods

1)3 eggs w/ english muffin and protein shake with 2 cups of milk.
2)Weighgainer
3)usually some tpe of big turkey or chicken sandwhich with a drink. its usually very filling w/ a pro 42 bar
4) Protein shake
5) dinner usually big chciken or steak with lots of veggies
6)weight gainer
7) protein shake before bed

I guess you're just not used to eating a lot of food because that isn't very much food at all.. I mean, take away those two weight gainer shakes and you have like barely 2000 whole food calories...

And to tell you the truth the wieght gainer shakes migth be what are filling you up... most of thos bitches have a shitload of carbs (and calories obviously)....

You might want to ditcht those and add foods like peanut butter, and oatmeal, cottage cheese, nuts, etc... to your diet... They have good protein, caorie, and health value... I know it may seem like a lot but you might wantto try eating 6-8 egg whits instaed of 3 whole eggs... More protein, less choelsterol and less feeling like you are gonna blow chunks after eating all those eggs...
hope this helps some...

Yeah, 6-8 eggs, with only half of them with the yolks are not that much at all.
I eat 2 or 3 whole eggs with 3-4 whites scrambled everday. tastes the same
as regular scrambled eggs too.

A great high protein breakfast is this.

1 english muffin bun (5g protein, some carbs)
3 egg whites fried (21g protein)
1 peice cheese (8g protein)

1 tall glass milk ( 2cups= 16g protein)

That's an easy and tasty 50g of protein. Eat up, yum yum!:D

just a note: eggs have 7g protein total - 3 in the white - 4 in the yolk.

actually eggs (this is yanked directly from the food profiles list at anabolicreivew.com) have
the following nutrition facts

Egg white
Calories 16.5
Carbs 0.5
Protein 3.5
Fat 0

Egg yolk
Calories 59
Carbs 0.5
Protein 2.5

My bad. I meant put 3 whole eggs in the sandwich. But if you're frying them alone, I can't handle eating whole eggs that are plain. BTW, I was using the standard "large" egg. Each size has different amounts of protein in it.
