Steriod diet on a budget and time crunch

lots of brands have "good plain whey" these days... it comes down to preference... price... flavors... I try to get any brand with a "natural" whey, meaning no artificial sweetners... I also watch for sodium... some brands have higher sodium than others

top round london broil and potatoes. cant beat that for the price
whole chicken. roast it yourself and save $$$
eggs - hard boil em for a good snack
whole oats
flour - bake your own bread/muffins
rice - super cheap

just kinda depends on if your bulking or cutting but besides fresh fruit and veggies eating healthy is cheaper than eating processed pre prepared foods. even if you want fruits and veggies just buy whats on sale or in season or look to purchase from farmers markets or stands or what not.

I think one of the biggest problems is time crunch.. with work woman gym and recreation its tough to eat clean i try to make meals in bulk that will last a week but it can still be a pita. but alot of these meals are super quick super easy keeps weel and taste great... my dv1 cycle i think will be alot better bc of the suggested food

ahhh now thats a whole different topic.. but basically cook in bulk portion things out, freeze portions for later in the week. never cook less that 6 meals at one time.

make a HUGE pan of eggs, cheese, sausage. portion it out. freeze some thats a week of breakfast right there
crock pot. throw a whole mess of meat and veggies in there and do the same.
oven bake 20+ chicken breasts at once. marinate some, season some, put sauces on some.
grill a london broil and slic it all up and throw it in the fridge in portions
burgers grill 20 burgers. freeze 10 put them in bags of 2. the other 10 are placed 2 in a bag and eaten that week.

hope that helps some.

yea thats the plan, i live by myself and rarely cook for my ummm "girl firends" .... but when i cook i cook for like 6 people and ride it out for the week. somthing ive become a fan of is krogers pre seasoned fresh fish. They always seem to have stuffed salmon avail which is delicious and recently they had some pecan crusted catfish which was great. I tend to shop real late to catch the meats on managers special.

I do this one a lot, I use the olive oil mayo... I have tried everything in tuna, BBQ sauce isn't bad, and fat free ranch is ok...just mix and eat for a quick low carb high protein snack.

I tried out some of those pre packaged flavored tune as well... they have a spicy, lemon pepper ect. They are a little more expensive but they give a new taste and are super quick.
