Steriod diet on a budget and time crunch

hell yea.Got a huge pot chillen in the fridge and big ziplock full of it now lol. thats what im trying to do bc when i was on diesel i was trying to feed the shit out of it and wasnt able to get large quantities of food on the go for work and such and it was expensive trying to do so last minute. so with like 10 good things i can make in large quantities for a good price and quick it should make cycles more effective. I know some other guys ran into this to so i figured a good post with ideas would maybe lend a hand
 
whats everybody snaking on? this area usally sucks for me as im a huge fan of Kettle brand chips and black ops on the 360. but i try to snack on : greek yogurt, almonds, fruit, and nut butters (almond, cashew, pb ect) but dam chips and beer are effin delicious esp the Thai flavored chips.....
 
I made protein pudding recently: a large box of jello fat free, sugar free pudding, almond or soy milk (or skim milk)... and a couple scoops of protein (I used casein but whey would work)... tasted pretty damn good!

why the hell did i not think of this , i know they sell protein pudding..... im so glad i startedthis thread, ill be eating good is there a protein beer i dont know about lmfao
 
I make protein pancakes too ;-)
 
wait protein pancakes.... im trying to think how, are you using like just straight up non flavored proteiins for this bc all i have is big blast , and whey to build , i dont see either of these making great pancakes lol
 
whole wheat flour, plain 'ol whey protein, egg whites, vanilla, almond milk, bakind soda

oh, and walden farms makes calorie free pancake syrup (as well as fruit syrups)... and they actually taste good!
 
nice... yea i gotta find some plain whey and this will be going down...... another great recipe cheap, quick , make in bulk, meets goals......... i love it. eggs turkey bacon and protein pancakes with fruit toping and toast .. thats got to be one bad ass breakfast both in taste and quality
 
try to avoid any added sodium such as salt lawrys, etc to minimize water retention and blood pressure
try to buy "low sodium" foods whenever you can, its just cleaner calories
