however many tuna cans you want, drain them and put it all in a bowl. Mix it with some light mayo or (or for less fat some plain yogurt). This will hold everything together. Chop up some celery, onions, chives, fresh halepenios for some spice and whatever else you like and mix it all in. Bam! Tuna salad! However many serving you want throw in fridge don't even need to heat it cause it's supposed to be eatin cold.
