I am 42 and I am on HRT. Prior to starting HRT, I had never touched an AAS in my life. My test levels were 126 ng/dL. I feel much better on HRT, but not all of it is so great. Pinning while on cycle is one thing. You are excited about the cycle and working towards a goal within a specifically defined period of time. HRT on the other hand is part of your normal routine for the rest of your life. It is an added chore/task that you have to stay on top of and be consistent with in order to receive positive results. This does not sound like much, but it can be a real pain when many other things in your life are consistent and routine.
If sticking with a well thought-out PCT is difficult for you, then going on permanent HRT may prove to be more difficult, and at our age, once you go on your on for life.
