OK this is tradgic for me...I am into my 7th week of my 12week cycle
and today at work i had a accident. Went to the hospital for x-rays and the dr tells me i fractured my l-3 vertebrae and i also have a sprained myofasciitis.

In normal language "fractured my spine and sprained a few muscles "
recovery is 5-10 weeks bed rest little to no movement

I cant even walk my own dog.

So fella's should i start pct and save what i have left for a short cycle when i am back to myself ?

Or do i keep going even though i cant train and hope that i can maintain some of what i put on in the last 7 weeks ..

Thanks once again for all the help

I would end it bro, and save the rest for when you get better. Basically ... you just had some really bad luck. Consider it as a loss and move on. it really sucks, but there is no point juicing when you are going to be sitting in bed all day.

Save it til your ready and able to hit the weights hard.

I'd stop it.

btw- just cause I'm curious and nosey.....how and what type of accident did you have that caused those injuries?

sorry about your accident iveking. what a bummer. you should DEFINITELY stop your cycle. it could inhibit your healing. it is the end of the world. you can start up again when you are back on your feet. :)

Definetly stop it bro. PCT and hopefully you will keep some gains but it is doubtful. I had the exact same thing happen to me in January. I went from 225 8%bf to 185 15%bf before I was healed. Try to keep the diet under control while you are healing. I totaly screwed mine up now I have love handles that I can't get rid of.

i broke my humerous bone wk 6 in a 8weeker and i continued the cycle to keep what i had and then do pct but i shouldnt have, take it from some one w/background on this do pct

thanks for the advice everyone...

I was drilling a core drill and the drill binded up.
The suction that keeps the drill planted was not working good it was uneven ground so it popped out and slammed me into a brick wall.

Happen yesterday and the dr got me on some pain meds but i still feel
like someone hit me in the back with a 9 iron.

Thanks again

i guess its PCT time
