The weight room was closing early so I was not able to take nearly as much time in between sets as I would have liked. But all things concidering I think I did well.

135x5
155x4
195x3
225x2
245x2
265x2
285x1 10lbs pr but would have been a double if I had longer rest.


I was not able to do any strait leg deadlifts like I wanted to but I think having to deal with the short rest periods will shock my legs enough to make up for it.
 
I say this every time I post squat PRs but I can't stress it enough.

If you have not already you really need to try squatting ATF, you will be happy you did:D
 
Yeah, you should be able to get 300 next week. 405 is just around the corner. Anyway, I think you'll like the short rest peroids. I make my best gains when I cut the break times down.
