Soreness...Help

The day before yesterday, I worked my shoulders and due to that, my Triceps are still experiencing some soreness, but not as much as yesterday.
Today I'm supposed to work my chest and my Tri's...I was wondering if its better for me to wait till tommorow to work my chest/tri's or just work them today...
I'm supposed to go to the gym in about 5 hours or so...

dont retrain muscles that are sore. Hit the glutamine hard and rest. My $.02

Don't train sore Muscles..

I separate Chest/Tri's and Shoulders with as many days as I can.
I have been doing:

mon Chest / Tri
tue Back / Bi's
wen Abs Cardio
thu Legs
fri Shoulders

This gives 3 days between chest and shoulders and the W/W so I can hit them both hard.
