Hey everybody, I know a lot of people here cant sleep, but my doc told me about something new for sleeping its called Somnatrol, I took 2 30 min before bed and I felt good and slept great, best part of all its made from melatonin,valerian,serotain, and more, best thing I woke up this morning without any grogginess like I used to get with xanax,valiums, and this works better then those 2, its cheap too, 60 caps for 30 bucks, just want to get you guys a cheap alternative....
