I guess, the only problem is that with an IP address, all sorts of unsavory things can happen...I doubt any of the sponsors here would do something like that though.
Lets say, for example, you make up an IP like (random):
192.88.168.35
Then run it through certain web based programs....This random IP is from TX...but you can find out whom it belongs to, where they live, etc..if you have the right program. The question is why would you do that? I mean...but I mean...someone would have to really piss you off to actually "use" that information.
