some cardio help please!!!

hey whats up new to the board, anyways got a few questions. alright im 21 yrs old and i weigh 183 not sure of bf%. my goal is to lose 15 pds whats the quickest way i can do this. and what kind of diet. i just started doing cardio a couple of days ago 30 mins a day should i up that to an hour????
