Facts are facts though, and he clearly stated that upping your calories comes first. It's hard to be a member of EF for more than 10 minutes without knowing Dylan knows his shit when it comes to diet.
In order of importance, getting big comes down to
1: Diet.
2: Training
3: Consistency
4: Research
5: Supps/AAS/Other
I've tried every supplement he mentioned with the exception of Onslaught, and can say with conviction they are very effective. Stacking them would be extremely beneficial to anyone looking to build muscle who has the correct diet and workout plan.
Dylan, next time try to write like fucking Hemmingway and maybe the English Lit 4 professors from Harvard Grad program will leave you alone. Oh, and no excuses about having a job and shit to do, just sounds weak...nice life..
