There so much to it I wouldn't even know where to start. The learning curve is pretty steep. Today there were over 40,000 players online..your all together on the same server..in the same universe across hundreds of galaxies. Its really pretty incredible...If you want fast quick action you prob won't dig it. The webpage has a FAQ that gives a better description than I ever could...

Got a caldari Battlecruiser pilot and a Caldari miner. I have two accounts.

Awesome game.. very complex.

Usually 30-40k people playing on the same server

I'm a Caldari pilot..flying a Battlecruiser at the moment....but you train and fly any ship in the game.. There are more than a 100 different ships you can train for and fly....

I watch TV,internet surf, read periodicals and the wall street journal most evenings.
I used to play complex,sophisticated wargames for hours almost every evening.
But I'm just not much into that anymore after about a dozen years.
