I always wondered who was dumb enough to actually buy this crap. The money back guarantee doesn't mean shit. If you try to get your money back they will tell you that you must not have used the product "as directed" and can't have your money back. From what I've read, its not just the surgury. Its the weight training post-surgury. There are 5 ligaments that are cut and only one is re-attached at a different location. Its really hard to stretch 5 heavy duty ligaments; one to stretch is easier. So for the next 1 1/2 years, you stretch it using weights. 1 1/2 - 2 inches extra is expected.

There is a tendon I believe you can have severed that will increase length by about an inch (average)...though that seems pretty radical to me...
