One serving of Big Blast is 75g, and SPP is 10% of the mix. My fuzzy math gives me 7.5g of SPP per serving. That's a pretty hefty dose.
Btw, GEAR is fucking awesome and I'm down to my last bottle so I need to order more.
I take 4 caps upon waking, 4 caps pre/post workout, and 4 caps anytime I have to stretch between meals or when I eat a meal that's not quite up to my nutritional standards.

I used SPP last year. I used two scoops of whatever protein i was using and added a Tbsp. (not a tsp) of SPP to the shake. I only did it post w/o though.
