I don't think there is any "pharma" primo. It was originally a registered trademark of Schering; but they discontinued it years ago. So, now it is only made by UGLs. Anything labeled "Schering", etc. is counterfeit.

Could be made with peanut oil. I have heard some people having bad reactions to gear made with peanut oil.
