also, I dont need anything to calm me down after the gym or to help me sleep. never have.
Im pretty much a functional narcoleptic after a workout anyhow. I am so tired I wont schedule appointments, meetings, clients or anything after a workout until Ive had time to eat and recover(hopefully a quick 30 min catnap).
when work gets busy I workout late @ night(1 am typically, cause when i get home, eat and shower Im collapsing unconcious into my bed). i normally sleep about 4 hours a night(unless ive had a nap after an afternoon workout in which case I may sleep from about 3AM-6AM), anyhow but its all Ive really ever needed.
