So I want to know... did you ever try them out? Were they real and you just got super lucky? I ordered from them too and recieved my stuff quite promptly. Mine was def. real, but I got the exact amount I ordered lol, not 200 
But hell I doubt I'll ever need it unless I run deca only at 1g/week so it's just to play around with when I want to be superman!

Pharmacies fuck up their count all the time. I recieved a duplicate order in the past of 12 pills of Bayer Levitra 20 mg extra. Brand name Levitra aint cheap. It was a nice little suprise.

My understanding is that many online pharmacies (not sure about RXhealth...), are brokers or clearinghouses. That means that your order is received by them, and they send out secondary orders for the items to be sent to you. I don't know the details, but I do know that when I place an order form multiple items, it comes from multiple countries sometimes. If that's the case here, and if it was indeed a mistake, no surprise. Suppose your order was done & paid in English with US dollars, and it went though India and was converted to Indian currency, and then wound up being filled in Spain? All kinds of room for communications goofs.
