First days are always exciting.
New product, and ready to start.
First day I felt like Superman. I know it is a mind thing. So I embraced it and kicked ass in gym.

Product packaging was super high end.
Easy purchase and shipping was extremely fast. Order Friday and had it Monday.
For convenience the bottles have droppers. Some of them are non readable. Or my eyes suck. Also hard to get the full amount in dropper. No problem I have a bunch of 1ml oral syringes.
I hate the 2 split of any sarm. It’s a hard routine to fit my day. But oh well. It is needed. It ain’t easy being beautiful!

you should consider pushing the food log into your sarms log so you can have sarms training and diet together
 
Great log very detailed, I’ll be following along! With cardio stick to low impact things like the bike or elliptical if you can handle it and listen to your knee whenever it tells you it’s had enough.

Ya the knee isn’t shy.
I had knee surgery in 1984. The removed a chunk of cartilage. I have babies it for years. Down side is it’s now weak. Along with arthritis that come with old surgeries.
Thank goodness my trainer has pushed me out of my comfort zone. Now I am doing leg days.
I just have to be selective with movements. I call it chicken leg day.

Had weekly 6 am breakfast at local dinner.
Omelet with ham cheese and veggies with wheat toast and jelly. It’s a weekly treat to spend this time in an old dinner with my wife, good simple food and talking with older folks.

Last night was Friday night I had a meal treat. Saved my carbs till last meal.
Found a local place that does meal prep. Good food and healthy choices.
I had Pad Thai chicken, asparagus, on wheat pasta with peanut sauce.
48 protein , 18 fat, 62 carbs 600 calories.

Now headed to gym. Saturday are 2-3 hours of greatness in the gym.

Funny thing about the knee. Pressing motions are ok. Extensions are hit or miss. Depends on the day. Side load is the huge problem. Example is a walking lung. Those are jacked. I did them a month ago and still feel them. I am glad I did something legs yesterday. They feel good today. I did not over do it. Knee always feel tight like it has fluid on it. Just can’t bend it as far as the other one.
Just trying to hang on till first of the year. New insurance so new deductible.
Gonna have this right shoulder, left fore arm and right knee looked at.
Gonna scare some poor Ortho doctor!

if your knees feel tight, try to do more yoga and stretches and really add some good fats to the diet I saw your food log you're good but consider more fish oils
 
For me to do more yoga. I would have to start with some yoga! Hahahaha
That is probably an excellent idea. Yoga is no joke. I highly respect those that do it.

Last few weeks just feel tired all the time.
30 minutes treadmill
Bicep and triceps
20 minute sauna

Todays food
Meal 1- 2 whole eggs, 3 egg white salsa and 3 cup spinach
30 almonds
Meal 2- bagel. 200 g chick breast, American cheese, Mayo
Meal 3- 200 g chick breast, sf bbq sauce, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, avacado
Snack- Protein shake

1900 calories
110 carbs
60 fat
200 protein

I normally do not sleep well. It has been one of my down falls for years.
Since starting this cycle I have slept much better. Not up as much through the night.
The other side is I am always tired and sleepy.
Around lunch I hit a wall and can’t keep my eyes open.
Today I went home from work cause I was that worn down.
It was already planned to take today off from the gym. So I’m going to just be lazy.

time off might be a good idea for a day or 2

but you taking anything before bed? try 2 caps n2sleep, works for me and so does cbd oil

I am enjoying the night sleep. It’s just the day stuff that is weird. Even in the gym I’m down. Didn’t want to add anything to counter it. Right now just trying to figure the root cause and decide how to correct it. In the mean time keep pushing along.

I have decided to cut out the ACP for a few days. It will not hurt my cycle. I am not even sure that could be it. Currently it is about the only thing I have no experience with. So it is easy to hold off a couple days of it. See what happens then introduce it back.

So feel back to normal. I’m gonna stick with the gw and rad for today and tomorrow. On Sunday I will take the ACP again. We shall see how it does.
Of course I am hoping it was fatigue or something else.
Today gonna do cardio earlier since I plan to spend day with my mother.
Eating has been 90% good. Time to tighten that up the rest of the way. Off course probably not able to with todays plans.

Got in a good cardio morning. Relaxed in sauna. Smoothie for breakfast. Took my 90 year old mom to the zoo. Pushed her in wheelchair all day.
Lunch was a chilli dog with half a bun. Half order small fries.

Should get the meat sweats soon.

Crazy part is my dad is 90 also. Both still kicking. They live by themselves. Dad can’t hear and most lost most of here sight last few years. They are a comical pair.
Refeed, yes won’t kill me for sure. It’s not like I am getting show ready.

I have a slight feeling about wich sources you'll get suggested. You probably "gotta go with our approved sources!" Not sure approved by who though...

Primo is rather "mild", so for a cycle I'd go higher. Personally I'm thinking of running 100-200mg a week as addition to my TRT wich is ~80mg a week.

Your logs are great I’m enjoying following along. Primo is known for PIP so be prepared for that. More recently I’ve started seeing sources with 200mg per ML. 400-600mg per week is what I would suggest. As for the source, I’ve used the 2 that are recommended on here the most frequently with 100% success and 100% satisfaction (Napsgear and Donestic Supply).

I am hungry all the time. It’s not even that my stomach is saying to eat. I just want to be chewing on something all the time. This not my normal self. I usually have great control with little effort. My energy is still a little down from what I would say is my normal.

I like primobolan myself.

but EOD is painful on the shots

I suggest 300mgs primobolan/week, 1 injection

use Glutes and shoulders

you should try to drink psyllium husk fiber daily and see how that helps

ghrelin fucks with the mind and tells you that you are hungry when you aren't. if you wait 15 minutes it will pass

And finding it in 200 mg / ml is helpful. I had heard it gets PIP and was worried about that. Still trying to get comfortable with self inject. Once a week sounds way better. I will put primo on my “want to try list. “
For now I think I’m going to stick with my current cycle and not change anything.
Just started ACP back in the mix day before yesterday. We shall see how it runs for me. I have got to tighten up my diet. Been good but not my normal disciplined self. Of course now the girls have started putting out Halloween candy at work. Those ladies are the devil. I am convinced.

primobolan half life is around 7 days
so you can pin inject 1 time per week
 
I asked the girls in the office to text me a warning when a vendor drops off cookies at the office.
It worked yesterday. I was able to avoid the those demons.
Had a few day now with eating going better. Discipline is key. But sometimes not easy.
Woke up this morning down a little in weight. 189.
No gym last night. However I did catch up on some much needed sleep.
Since adding back the ACP. Can’t say the crazy tiredness has returned. So that’s a good thing.
I also can say I have the big get up and go I normally have with a stack like this.
On the other hand. I met my trainer on Tuesday and went through that work out with ease. I am being careful with this shoulder. But this work out was intense like normal but I did not fatigue.
All in all this is going well.

But first one tasted funny so I ditched them (store bought). Tuna and almonds. Dozen pita crackers and stick of pepper jack cheese. Protein shake after work out.
Must have been low calorie count cause woke up down another pound.
Today happy breakfast at the dinner.
Omelet, salsa, wheat toast and added a side of bacon..
Now off to work for half day then gym and spend evening trying to stay out of kitchen.
Since I want to eat a lot. Even though I’m not really hungry. I have been doing a big salad. Gives me something to chew on and low cal. Just a filler

very simple

ghrelin plays tricks with your mind. you might crave something but wait 20 minutes and you won't anymore. ghrelin goes up and down all day
