Site Injections

Anyone have experience with bis, tris, pecs, or traps? I see the pics of these injections and I can't imagine injecting into bis, pecs, or traps. I could possibly hit tris, but just wanting to hear what you all have experienced as far as pain, difficulty, etc....

Also, do you inject yourself or do you have someone else do it?

It's not a problem injecting bi's, tri's traps, pec's. I just shot my bi and tri this morning and will go train chest in a few hours. No real pain, but when I put 2cc into my bi it gets pretty tight and little sore. I have not tried a trap inject don't think I could hold the pin up there and inject from that angle myself.
